Four Months of Kindness: A Thank You from learnleadgrow

Published on 4 August 2025 at 14:00

In the fast-paced world of innovation and growth, it's easy to lose track of time. Time flies when you're building something meaningful.

learnleadgrow is officially four months old. A mere blink in the grand scheme of things, yet filled to the brim with lessons, connections, and quiet moments of encouragement that made all the difference. For me at least.

So this week, I’m keeping it simple.

Just… thank you.

To the collaborators who advised and trusted the idea before it got off the ground.
To the clients who gave us room to think differently and opened up with their challenges so that I am able to advise.
To the industry peers who offered guidance without agenda.
To the people who read, reposted, and reflected on our early blogs. Especially those of you that do it each and every week, you know who you are.
And to the silent supporters – family, friends, and fellow founders – whose words often arrived right when they were needed most.

Kindness isn’t loud. It's not always visible on pitch decks or in performance metrics. But it's the undercurrent of every good thing we've built so far.

I’ve been a thanker for much of my life. I dearly value the importance of kindness and letting people know they are appreciated. It’s something I have done throughout my career. When I work in an office I say “hello” and “goodbye” to people working on reception and ask how their day is going. I do the same in shops, and when in restaurants. And so I want to thank each and every one of you who reads these posts and considers my musings.

Whether it was a timely introduction, a quick reply, or a conversation that started with “how can I help?”, each gesture added momentum.

So here’s to kindness.
To saying thank you.
To remembering that behind every business growth chart are people doing the generous, unseen work of belief and support.

Call to Action

Remember to cherish these moments and stay focused on your goals, because it's easy to forget the basics when you're having fun, learnleadgrow is only four months old, but its roots are strong because they were nurtured by kindness. Here's to what’s next. And I hope you find time to thank those that help you too.
